What We Are Looking For:
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven experience managing HR for large, distributed, blue-collar-heavy workforces - retail, logistics, manufacturing, or similar industries strongly preferred
• Deep expertise in Indian labor law, compliance, and multi-state HR operations
• Track record of building HR functions during hypergrowth or organizational transformation
• Experience partnering at C-suite level and influencing business strategy through a people lens Strongly Preferred
• Experience in a consumer-tech, e-commerce, quick commerce, retail, or new-age company
• Exposure to both organized retail (store-level HR at scale) and tech talent management
• Prior Functional head experience where you owned the full spectrum of HR - not just one CoE
• Experience with HRMS implementation and data-driven HR decision-making
