Global Delivery Leader: 18+ years of experience

We are seeking a dedicated & experienced Global Delivery Leader to join our dynamic team providing Product Engineering services in some our key strategic customers in the Hi-Tech space. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing $100 Mn P&Ls & driving the execution of our strategic delivery initiatives across our Product engineering vertical. This will be a global role & you will be expected to manage 2000+ employees spread across multiple geographies India, Taiwan, Malaysia, Spain, Mexico & US. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of industry trends and will play a crucial role in aligning our delivery strategies with business objectives, ensuring that we meet client expectations consistently. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence within the delivery teams, promoting innovation, and ensuring that we remain at the forefront of technological advancements within the industry. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the global delivery efforts for Product Engineering services in key client accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Responsible for management & growth of strategic accounts generating $100 Mn annually with 2000+ employees
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and escalations.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement solutions that enhance client satisfaction and drive service improvement.
5. Oversee project management processes, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to quality standards.
6. Analyze account performance metrics to identify areas for growth and optimization within service delivery.
7. Manage budgets and financial aspects of client accounts, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness in service delivery.
8. Facilitate regular account reviews and performance meetings with clients to discuss progress, feedback, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record of managing global client accounts with demonstrated success in achieving business objectives.
2. Strong understanding of IT service delivery frameworks and methodologies in Product engineering (R&D) domain.
3. Experience in budget management and financial reporting for large-scale projects.
4. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
5. Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and enhance service delivery.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment while managing multiple priorities.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in account management or delivery roles for R&D services within the IT services industry.
