VP / Head of Corporate Operations

Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on operations leader to manage and scale corporate operations across the US and India, covering finance, HR, payroll, compliance, immigration, and business reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up new business divisions and integrate acquired companies.
• Manage US and India payroll, invoicing, accounts receivable, and compliance.
• Oversee HR operations, onboarding, and immigration coordination.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reviews.
• Build operational processes and lead a lean corporate operations team.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 15+ years in Corporate Operations, Business Operations, or Finance Operations.
• Experience in new business setup or M&A integration.
• Knowledge of US and Indian payroll, US immigration (H-1B, OPT), I-9/E-Verify, and PF/ESI.
• Strong financial reporting, MIS, invoicing, and cost management skills.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems.
• Experience in US IT staffing/consulting is preferred.
• Must be willing to work the US EST night shift from Hyderabad.
