WE'RE HIRING | VP / VERTICAL HEAD – DUE DILIGENCE(Loan Verification/Loan Fi)

VeloxCheck™ is expanding its Due Diligence & Risk Intelligence vertical and looking for an experienced VP / Vertical Head – Sales & Operations to lead and scale the business.

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday – Saturday | Sunday Off
Experience: 7–10+ Years
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience & industry standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a hands-on BFSI leader with deep expertise in:

• Due Diligence / Loan Verification / Loan FI
• Business Development & Enterprise Sales
• Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs & Payment Gateways
• Client Relationship & Key Account Management
• Sales strategy & revenue growth
• Operations & process management
• Large-scale field team management
• Escalation & issue resolution
• Client payment / receivables recovery
• Vendor & field-force management
• Service delivery, TAT & quality management
• Building and managing high-performing teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Growth

- Build and execute the sales strategy for the Due Diligence / Loan Verification vertical.
- Acquire and manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, Payment Gateways and other BFSI institutions.
- Drive revenue, client acquisition, cross-selling and account expansion.
- Develop CXO-level relationships and strategic partnerships.

Operations & Field Team

- Lead end-to-end operations for Loan Verification / FI / Due Diligence assignments.
- Manage and scale a large field verification network.
- Ensure TAT, quality, productivity and compliance.
- Establish strong SOPs and performance metrics.

Client & Escalation Management

- Own key client relationships and resolve operational escalations.
- Coordinate with client credit, risk, operations and procurement teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of service issues and maintain high client satisfaction.

Collections & Commercials

- Drive timely payment collection from Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs and other institutional clients.
- Manage outstanding receivables and commercial discussions.
- Work closely with internal finance and operations teams to maintain healthy cash flow.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

You could be a strong fit if you are currently working as:

VP / AVP / Business Head / Regional Head / Sales Head / Operations Head / Vertical Head / Senior Sales Leader

with substantial experience in Loan FI, Loan Verification, Field Investigation, Due Diligence, BGV, Risk & Fraud, CPV or BFSI services.

We are particularly interested in leaders who have built businesses, managed large field teams and owned both revenue + operations.
