Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering complex technology projects within the Corporate Bank Cash Data Controls team. The role involves close engagement with senior stakeholders in the Corporate Bank business, technology counterparts, and delivery squads. You will manage multiple delivery threads, maintain project plans, track status, and oversee RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.

The Corporate Bank Cash division manages global payment processing for corporate and financial institution clients across 30+ countries. This role is critical for ensuring timely, high-quality technology delivery aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage complex technology project delivery with a focus on architecture, design, and risk/dependency management using Agile SDLC.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and operational teams in a complex, multi-priority environment.
  • Influence organizational alignment to ensure project plans, priorities, and progress are fully communicated and understood.
  • Run key governance forums and support decision-making for project delivery.
  • Provide thought leadership in organizational change and advocate cash management control strategies through program execution.
  • Identify, resolve, and unblock technical or delivery-related challenges to enable continuous progress of delivery teams.
  • Contribute to all stages of software delivery from analysis and design to production support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Over 15 years of experience in financial services technology project delivery as a developer, manager, or analyst.
  • Proven experience managing major technology projects or programs.
  • Strong background as a software engineer, architect, or similar hands-on technical role.
  • Deep understanding of banking operations, corporate cash management, and regulatory environment in Financial Services.
  • Expertise in Agile project delivery methodologies and governance processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple dependencies, risks, and complex delivery timelines.
