Job Description

Are you a strategic finance leader looking to shape the financial trajectory of a premier enterprise We are looking for a VP FP&A, this role will step into a high-visibility role, serving as a trusted advisor to senior business and infrastructure leaders.

You won't just track numbers-you will unlock growth insights, drive critical country-wide forecasting cycles, and steer tactical decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the monthly management reporting cycle, translating financial and operational KPIs into sharp, actionable narratives for the Board and executive committees.
  • Direct the annual budgeting lifecycle and rolling forecasts for our Singapore entity, ensuring financial models align with long-term commercial goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to identify emerging risks, benchmark competitor metrics, and implement productivity-boosting strategies.
  • Act as a digital catalyst within Finance, driving process simplification, robust data governance, and the adoption of advanced BI or AI-driven analytics.

Requirements:

  • Possess degree or professional credential (CPA, CA, CFA) in Finance or Accounting, backed by extensive corporate FP&A experience within large, complex organizations (Financial Services highly preferred).
  • 8-10+ years of deep understanding of P&L mechanics, balance sheets, funds transfer pricing, and cost allocations, paired with the confidence to constructively challenge financial assumptions.
  • An exceptional communicator capable of bridging the gap between numbers and strategy while uniting diverse, multicultural stakeholder groups.
  • You love data and have a continuous improvement mindset, utilizing advanced Excel modeling and modern MI/BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Superpowers (Plus Points)
  • Mastery of TM1/Cognos reporting architectures.
  • Hands-on exposure to SQL (advanced), Python, or Alteryx.
  • Familiarity with enterprise planning applications (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP/BW).
