Role & Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead and manage offshore teams, ensuring timely delivery of Finance Technology assignments.
  • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications aligned with business requirements.
  • Validate functional requirements and conduct implementation and quality reviews.
  • Deliver Oracle EPM, ERP, and OFSAA solutions for large-scale banking environments.
  • Establish coding standards, perform code reviews, and promote development best practices.
  • Lead complex, enterprise-wide technology and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership, user training, and application support consulting.
  • Manage multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Mentor, coach, and assign work to teams of 4-6 engineers, fostering technical excellence.
  • Support performance management and drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Banking/Financial Services experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of offshore team and people management in onshore-offshore delivery models.
  • Strong experience coordinating between onshore and offshore teams, handling escalations and stakeholder communication.
  • 6+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM/ERP development with at least 3 Oracle EPM Cloud or ERP Cloud implementations.
  • Good understanding of banking operations, financial accounting, and Oracle OFSAA (Profitability/Liquidity Risk is a plus).
  • Expertise in ETL, data integration, RESTful APIs, data modeling, Oracle, and SQL Server databases.
  • Experience with Oracle SaaS administration, Smart View reporting, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Exposure to Oracle Essbase, Hyperion Planning, HFM, DRM, Oracle Fusion, and Financial Ledgers is desirable.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, decision-making, and project budgeting skills.
  • Ability to lead complex enterprise implementations, mentor teams, and communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
