Our client, a Singapore state owned entity (SOE) within the manufacturing industry is currently seeking for a VP of Finance to join their team.
Leading a team of 2, the VP Finance will be responsible for Group Consolidation of 50 entities, Merger & Acquisition (M&A support activity/ Post Merger Integration (PMI), management reporting, tax planning & treasury.
