VP Finance_NBFC Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance function with full ownership of financial reporting, planning, and compliance
• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including account receivables, payables, and general ledger activities
• Oversee the preparation and finalization of Balance Sheets in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, MIS reports, and regulatory filings
• Handle treasury operations including cash flow management, fund utilization, and banking relationships
• Coordinate with auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to ensure financial and statutory compliance
• Drive process improvements and financial controls to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation aligned with business goals
