Commercial all accounting activities of plant

Cost Accounting

GST

Managing Accounts for Daily Wages

Banking Day to Day with Reconciliation (monthly), TB (monthly)

Bank Limit - Reviewal Yearly

Ratings Yearly - CARE

GST - Complete up to Filing & Refunds

ERP - Implementation & Control

Stock & Debtors Accounts & Control - at Plant & HO

Creditors & Cheque issuing control - Daily

IT Compliances including TDS, Advance Tax & Annual Returns etc.

All Statutory Compliances of Companies Accounts, IT, TDS, GST, Advance Tax etc.as well legal

Wages & Salaries planning & Control

Liaison work with Internal and Statutory Auditors & IT & GST Consultants.

Budget

Plant visits weekly for accounts and commercial matters

MIS to CMD

1. ERP

2. Budgets Vs Expenses

3. Outstanding Report and action on outstanding more than 90 days

4. Expenses Control Systems

5. Statutory Compliances

6. Monthly fund flow P & L, Quarterly Balance Sheet

7. Tax planning of group companies & Directors

8. Capex planning for next two years

9. Advising CMD on all commercial issues.

Industry : Textile / Fabric - Manufacturing

Qualification :Minimum Chartered Accountant

Experience : 8 to 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Unit at Accounts Dept last

Experience 10 yrs heading Accounts and Finance dept.

CTC : 15 to 20 LPA
