Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards relevant to the Property and Real Estate Development industry.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to support the company's goals.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Support audits and ensure timely submission of statutory filings and compliance reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP Accounts should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proven expertise in managing financial operations in the Property and Real Estate Development industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
