Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for the role of Vice President - Enterprise Relations. The VP will lead efforts to establish and nurture partnerships with enterprise clients, ensure effective contract negotiations, and manage labor relations. Responsibilities also include developing strategic initiatives to expand long-term collaborations, overseeing financial planning related to enterprise relations, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Analytical Skills and Finance to assess opportunities and maximize partnership value
• Strong ability in Contract Negotiation and Labor Relations to lead agreements and maintain compliance
• Exceptional Communication skills for client engagement and stakeholder interactions
• Strategic mindset with a track record of fostering key partnerships
• Experience leading teams and driving corporate growth
• Exposure to the education or skills development sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred)
