Role Overview
We are looking for a senior engineering leader to drive delivery for our Digital Enterprise Platform (DEP) within the digital banking space. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on engineering expertise, deep understanding of digital channels, and experience in building and integrating scalable banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital banking channels (web and mobile).
- Drive API integration across core banking systems, fintech partners, and third-party platforms
- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions aligned with banking standards
- Work closely with product, business, and architecture teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Stay hands-on with architecture and key technical decisions
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance requirements
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in digital banking / financial services platforms
- Deep understanding of channel delivery (mobile, internet banking)
- Proven experience in API integration and microservices architecture
- Tech-savvy leader with hands-on engineering background
- Experience in leading large engineering teams and driving delivery
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, and compliance in banking systems
