The VP/Director, Application Engineering leads a large, multi-disciplined delivery organization in India - comprising multiple Agile PODs supporting Health, Wealth and Talent Lines of Business (LOBs). Reporting to the Human Capital Chief Product Officer, this leader owns engineering local strategy, delivery execution, people leadership, and the AI transformation agenda across the portfolio.
The role carries a dual mandate: run excellence (quality, predictability, and resilience across current platforms) and change excellence (embedding AI and emerging technologies into delivery in a scalable, enterprise-grade manner).
