About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Digital Experience & Customer Engagement Leader to drive end-to-end digital transformation programs across global B2B and B2C platforms. This is a strategic leadership role focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative architectures, modern commerce technologies, and a strong command of agile delivery models.

This role will provide technical and delivery leadership across global programs, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to shape digital strategy, lead engineering excellence, and scale high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact digital transformation programs using platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP CX, Adobe Commerce, and Shopify.
  • Drive architecture and design of modern digital ecosystems using MACH and composable architecture principles.
  • Orchestrate large cross-geography teams across India, the US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • Own and manage program portfolios with a P&L responsibility exceeding $25M+ annually.
  • Define and enforce engineering best practices including Agile/DevSecOps, Accessibility (WCAG), Performance Testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Establish and scale technical teams, define capability models, mentor engineering leads, and ensure coding standards.
  • Drive customer engagement from pre-sales through execution, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (including CIOs/CEOs).
  • Lead solutioning for new business opportunities and proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery across experience, content, and commerce layers.

Key Qualifications

  • 19+ years of experience in digital transformation, software architecture, and delivery management.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce, SAP CX, Adobe Commerce (Magento), CommerceTools, Shopify Plus, and other eCommerce and CMS platforms.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale digital delivery, managing programs with multi-million dollar budgets and large global teams.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud-native solutions, and API-first design.
  • Expertise in front-end architecture, particularly in frameworks like Vue.js, React/Next.js, and Angular.
  • Experienced in cloud platforms: AWS (Lambda, EC2, Bedrock), Azure (IaaS/PaaS) AZ-900 Certified.
  • Proven experience in delivering accessibility-compliant web experiences (WCAG 2.0+).
  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, and design tools like Visio.
