Job Description

  • Understand the client's business model, products offered, management profile, business plan, funding profile, Financial Statements and evaluate the overall credit quality of the Client's organization.
  • Prepare Product notes/ Credit note on the entity and build credit research capabilities
  • Prepare Term-sheet & cash-flows Generation for SFP deals
  • Prepare & give Presentations on Entity's profile, Deal economics to internal & external stakeholders/investors
  • Formulate critical credit covenants specific to the industry & asset class of the client
  • Structuring Structured Finance deals to achieve deal efficiency to meet Issuer & investor requirements and application of various pool filters developed in-house or as per investor criteria
  • Track market deals closed in DCM & Structured Finance
  • Track credit ratings of prospective deals and engage with rating agencies to stay abreast of market updates
  • Track sector updates, market innovations and latest regulations
  • Engage with clients across various sectors (NBFCs, MFIs, HFCs, Corporates) to understand their fund-raising requirements through TL / NCD (including credit enhanced structure) route.
  • Co-ordination with Issuers on deal sourcing and deal closure related requirements
  • Engagement with external counter-parties such as Trustees/ Legal Counsels/ Rating Agencies/ RTA
  • agents/ Depositories for understanding market trends, regulation changes, and deal execution related assistance for our Clients and coordination with internal teams

Mandatory Skills:

  • Corporate Networking & Business Development
  • Knowledge of Financial products
  • Expertise in MS Office – Excel , Powerpoint, Word
  • Excellent communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • Credit analysis & Financial analysis of entities– Fundamental analysis, Ratio analysis, etc.
  • Ability to communicate clearly & make presentations to internal & external clients
  • Ability to learn Structured Finance products & structure innovative deals
  • Ability to understand Client Businesses & maintain cordial relations with senior management
  • Ability to travel & meet clients for meetings pan India, as per requirement
