The Risk & Capital Technology (RCT) team drives technology strategy for risk management, structured across Credit, Market, and Operational Risk verticals, and Data, Shared, Reporting, and Analytics horizontals. The Vice President, Principal Infrastructure Operations & Services, will lead DevOps initiatives for a hybrid on-prem and AWS-based data analytics platform supporting risk analysis. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining Kubernetes-based infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance, and collaborating with global teams. The role requires over 10 years of experience in cloud platforms, Python, Shell, Kubernetes, DevOps tools, and IaC technologies like Terraform or Ansible. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a commitment to Nomura's core values of integrity, innovation, collaboration, and client-centric excellence.
