Role Overv

The Head – Contracts & Procurement is a senior leadership role within the EPC Division, responsible for architecting and executing the organisation's end-to-end contracting and procurement strategy across a rapidly growing portfolio of plotted developments and high-rise construction projects. As the organisation scales into complex vertical real estate, this role takes on critical importance — driving cost efficiencies, managing high-value construction contracts, building a robust vendor ecosystem, and ensuring governance and statutory compliance across all procurement activities.
