We are looking for A DYNAMIC & WELL CONNECTED professional for CLIENT ACQUISITION with experience in manufacturing. Should have proven contacts and network with top leadership in manufacturing organisation from CXO to VP to GM's of all/any/many functions

Krehsst Tech Solutions - We are a domain specific Talent Acquisition Company, with vast experience in recruitment for Manufacturing for Mid & Senior level positions servicing clients Pan India. Over the period of 17 years, we have a client base of Large and Medium MNC & Indian Companies.

We are looking to add more clients in 2025 and would like to engage a freelance Business Development Professional with good exposure in manufacturing companies.

We are looking for well networked and experienced person with a habit of acquiring clients throught the career.

Purpose: Empanelment with manufacturing cos for providing recruitment placement services

to Large and Medium MNC/Indian Companies

Are you are willing to work on Partime / Freelance on part time basis

Maintain network and Relations with existing clients & initiate empanelment agreements

Please revert asap noting that this is not a employment with fixed salary. It will be a combination of fixed monthly amount plus Commission on Company performance

Profile of the expected person:

• You are having vast experience in Sales and Bd preferably in Manufacturing Industries
• Good connect with the leadership team of your cos.
• You have deep Industry understanding
• Having a great Hands on knowledge of various functions and job roles
• Prefer someone with Engineering background
• Age - no Bar
• Experience in Consulting role will be an added advantage

We are looking for someone who can dedicate approx. 5 hours on daily basis to work from HOME
