  • Develop and implement effective category strategies for the Omnichannel.
  • Drive PnL growth and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Gross Margin: Shared ownership with Channel Head.
  • Inventory Management: Sole responsibility for inventory planning and control.
  • New Launches: Drive product launches, display strategies, and pricing decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and retail teams.
  • Data Comfort: Strong analytical skills for decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a passionate team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Category VP should have:

  • 8-14 years of experience in Category Management in omnichannel brands.
  • Proven expertise in the retail industry, specifically in watches, jewellery, apparel, footwear or accessories.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Tier 1/2 MBA preferred.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
  • Experience in developing and implementing category strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
