As a Vice President, Business Resiliency Program Management - Controls Management within CAO, you will govern and guide the development of resilient recovery plans aligned to firmwide standards.
You will partner with business and control stakeholders to ensure plans are designed, tested, and capable of sustaining operations across disruption scenarios. You will also strengthen governance, controls, and regulatory readiness across legal entity reviews, risk assessments, and program oversight.
You will collaborate closely with the CAO Business Resiliency Lead Director and the Resiliency Program Manager to strengthen governance structures, procedures, and controls, including support for risk assessments, legal entity reviews, and program governance.
Job responsibilities:
Conduct quality assurance reviews of resiliency plans, third-party dependencies, application assets, and simulations
Ensure resiliency strategies and controls are sufficient to maintain business services within defined impact tolerances.
