Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a VP/Business Head - Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, setting and achieving sales targets, and ,Sales strategy developement, P&L management, Sales Budgeting & Forecasting, Market &Competitor analysis, Product knowledge & sales techniques, Performance Tracking, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales leadership, strategic planning, and business development
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and performance metrics
  • Experience in handling large Teams.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field MBA preferred.
