Job Description
- Lead end to end operations and business teams currently comprising of 250+ team members covering freelancer acquisition, freelancer management, disbursal operations, lender operations, customer cross-sell, and customer / freelancer support.
- Lead all the existing business lines as well as launch new business lines.
- Responsible for monthly business and P&L targets across the different business lines.
The Successful Applicant
- 12+ years of overall experience and minimum 8+ years of post-MBA experience.
- 5+ years of experience in leading large operational teams is a MUST.
- Top tier MBA/engineering is a MUST. MBA is highly preferred.
- Prior fintech / banking / insurance / lending / financial services experience is a MUST.
