Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic broker alliance plan to expand market reach and revenue streams.
- Build, nurture and manage a high-performing broker network across India, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and onboard new broker partners by demonstrating value and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings and support mechanisms that enhance partner engagement and performance.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting broker activities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Lead and motivate a team of relationship managers and alliance specialists to achieve targets.

- Proven experience in broker network development within the fintech or financial services sector
- Strong strategic planning and partnership management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape in India related to financial and fintech services
