Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Broker Alliance to lead our efforts in building and managing relationships with brokers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fintech and Financial Services, coupled with expertise in stakeholder management and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to enhance broker relationships and drive business growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Fintech and Financial Services sectors.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Compliance Knowledge: Ensure all broker activities comply with SEBI regulations and industry standards.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success of broker alliances and report on performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Fintech or Financial Services industry, with a focus on B2B relationships.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements.
- Management Skills: Proven experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
