Role Description

Tech Mahindra Client is undertaking a multi year regional transformation program for its Asia Pacific business and is seeking to hire a CASA Functional SME to provide oversight and functional direction for the implementation of the CASA platform. The Functional Lead will play a pivotal role in analyzing, documenting and helping to deliver solutions for the Core Banking ‿ CASA Program across multiple APAC markets.

This role requires extensive expertise in business analysis, product knowledge, implementation experience of CASA systems, combined with a strong background in international banking exposure. The Functional Lead will be responsible for end to end ownership for the functional requirements, ensuring traceability of the requirements to technical delivery, regulatory compliance, and business objectives while driving innovation across development and integration efforts.

Years of Experience

• 20+/15+ years (VP/AVP) of experience in functional roles, including business analysis, test case review, solution design, integration, and implementation.
• 15+/10+ years (VP/AVP) of experience working on CASA Systems (Experience in working with Oracle FLEXCUBE will be added advantage)
• Experience on Payments / Trade Finance / Lending / Markets would be added advantage
