Seeking highly skilled VP-level Java Backend Engineers with strong experience in Investment Banking and Capital Markets, preferably with knowledge of Equity Trading and Compliance-related challenges. Must possess excellent technical expertise in Core Java, advanced multithreading (concurrency, synchronization, memory management), SQL/MS SQL, UNIX, AWS, DevOps tools (CI/CD, GitLab, Nexus), distributed systems, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs. Candidates should have hands-on experience with LLM APIs, AI agent frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agent orchestration patterns. Looking for professionals with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, high attention to detail, quick learning capability, and a proactive mindset to identify challenges and drive innovative solutions
