Volunteer - Student Counseling

We emphasize early-stage counseling and mentoring to empower learners in building strong career foundations. Our approach includes psychometric assessments, utilizing the personality, interest, and emotional intelligence (PIE+) framework to assess strengths and recommend suitable career paths. This is a full-time remote Volunteer Student Counseling role at CAREERMASTERS. The responsibilities include providing career counseling sessions to students, conducting assessments to evaluate students interests and strengths, and guiding them in planning their educational and professional paths. Day-to-day tasks involve leveraging psychometric tools, preparing resources to support career decision-making, tracking students progress, and collaborating with the team to ensure positive outcomes for all participants.

• Proficiency in utilizing Psychometric Tools and conducting Assessments
• Effective Communication, Active Listening, and Empathy
• Organizational skills for Progress Tracking and Reporting
• Experience or knowledge in Career Planning and Development
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Background or education in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field preferred
