Nurturland is a pioneering organization dedicated to neurodiverse children aged 2 to 18. Our platform integrates a secure, multi-vendor marketplace with an adaptive LMS, leveraging AI and gamified learning to empower families, educators, and therapists. The Role
As a Volunteer Research Assistant, you will be the backbone of our data-driven insights. This is a versatile role that bridges the gap between academic research and operational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inclusive Research: Conduct in-depth research to support the development of learning solutions and innovative methodologies for neurodiversity.
* Data Analysis: Interpret research findings to guide project decision-making.
* Outreach & Collaboration: Identify and approach key institutions, specialists, and stakeholders to expand our network.
* Vendor Management: Assist with vendor onboarding and conduct background verifications to ensure platform safety.
* Fundraising Support: Identify and research grant opportunities and various funding avenues to support our mission.
What We're Looking For
* Academic Background: A degree or current coursework in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
* Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in research methodologies and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for documenting findings and collaborating with a remote team.
* Subject Matter Interest: A deep interest in inclusive education or child development is highly advantageous.
* Resourcefulness: The ability to independently identify funding sources and navigate the grant application process.
