Youth Football Club (YFC) Rurka Kalan is a nonprofit organization using sport as a tool for education, youth development, gender equality, health, and community development while also creating pathways for sporting excellence.
About the Role
We are looking for a Website Design & Content Volunteer to help us refresh, improve, and maintain our organization's website. While our website is already built on Wix, we are looking for someone who can enhance its overall look, user experience, page layouts, and content presentation rather than focusing primarily on coding or technical development.
We prefer someone who can work with us on-site in Rurka Kalan, although remote applications are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and improve the existing Wix website.
- Enhance page layouts, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Present content in a clean, engaging, and visually appealing manner.
- Recommend improvements to website structure, design, and presentation.
- Work closely with the YFC team to organize and showcase our programs, impact, and organizational information.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing and managing websites using Wix.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and user experience.
- Ability to create modern, professional, and easy-to-navigate web pages.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations is an advantage but not essential.
