Job Description

In an era where public discourse is increasingly dominated by noise and polarization, democratic institutions can be strengthened by nurturing informed, responsible, and solution-oriented citizens. Rather than observing public life passively, young people and passionate citizens deserve hands-on exposure to how governance, public policy and local decision-making actually function.

Nava Nirmaan Forum is an independent civic movement dedicated to democratic reforms, constitutional values, and citizen-led political and social accountability. We are building a new political culture grounded in integrity, competence and accountability shifting public discourse away from propaganda toward objective, research-based awareness.

We are currently expanding our grassroots and strategic operations specifically across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. We invite Telugu-speaking citizens across AP, TS and beyond to step forward as Organising Members and Leading Members. This is not a paid job; it is a volunteer-led call to action for individuals passionate about driving tangible societal and governance reforms in the Telugu states.

What You Gain
  • Impact: Direct involvement in shaping a cleaner, policy-driven and research-backed civic ecosystem in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
  • Hands-on Exposure: Deep, practical insight into governance mechanics, policy research, public advocacy and community leadership.
  • Network: Access to a network of like-minded Telugu reformers, policy thinkers, academics and civic leaders.
  • Recognition: Formal recognition, recommendation letters and leadership credentials based on verified impact and contribution.

If you are ready to move from passive observation to active reform in AP and TS, we welcome your involvement.

  • Target Region: Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (Remote / Hybrid Chapter Operations)
  • Language Requirement: Telugu & English
  • Engagement Type: Volunteer / Civic Leadership Role
  • Together, let's build a culture of accountability, objective discourse and informed citizenship across the Telugu states.
