Role Description This full-time Volunteer role at Pluz Energía is an on-site position based in Tamil Nadu, India. The volunteer will support daily operations related to community outreach, awareness programs, and basic administrative tasks. Responsibilities may include assisting in organizing events, helping coordinate local initiatives, maintaining records, and communicating with community members and partner organizations. The role may also involve supporting project teams with simple data collection, documentation, and field activities, as well as collaborating with staff to ensure smooth execution of sustainability or energy-related programs.

• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse community members and team members.
• Strong organizational skills, including basic record-keeping, time management, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in on-site and field activities, including events, workshops, and outreach programs.
• Demonstrated reliability, positive attitude, and commitment to learning and contributing to team goals.
• Basic computer literacy (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and comfort with using mobile devices.
• Interest in sustainability, community development, or energy-related initiatives is highly beneficial.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and organizational procedures while working on-site.
• Prior volunteer or community service experience is an advantage but not required.
