Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat. The Voluntee team member will coordinate and support daily volunteer activities, including scheduling, task allocation, and on-the-ground assistance for community programs. Responsibilities include communicating with volunteers and partner organizations, maintaining records of participation, and ensuring events run efficiently and safely. The role involves preparing basic reports or updates on ongoing initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing ideas to enhance engagement. The team member will also help orient new volunteers, respond to inquiries, and uphold Voluntee's values in all interactions.
Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse groups, including volunteers, community partners, and internal team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting and build positive, inclusive relationships.
• Basic proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documents) to manage schedules and maintain records.
• Willingness to work on-site in Surat and actively participate in community and field-based activities.
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and commitment to social impact or community service.
• Prior experience in volunteer coordination, event support, or community outreach is beneficial but not required.
• Relevant education or training in social work, community development, or a related field is an advantage.
