Voip Network Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a VoIP Network Engineer located in Kolkata. The VoIP Network Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of VoIP systems and networks. This includes configuring and maintaining VoIP hardware and software, troubleshooting network-related issues, analyzing system performance, optimizing network solutions, and ensuring high-quality voice communication services for clients.

• Expertise in VoIP technologies, protocols (e.g., SIP, RTP), and VoIP system maintenance
• Proficiency in network design, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Experience with configuring and managing network hardware such as routers, switches, and PBX systems
• Strong understanding of Quality of Service (QoS), bandwidth management, and network security
• Solid communication skills with the ability to document and explain technical implementations clearly
• Capability to analyze and resolve network and VoIP-related issues efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications in networking and VoIP technologies (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or similar) are a plus
• Experience with international client support is advantageous
