Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VoIP Engineer based in Ahmedabad. The VoIP Engineer will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Voice over IP (VoIP) systems. Daily responsibilities will include configuring telephony systems, providing technical support, managing network connectivity for VoIP communications, and diagnosing performance issues to ensure seamless voice communication. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize telephony infrastructure is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies and Telephony systems
• Proficient in Networking, including configurations, maintenance, and optimization
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution for VoIP systems and related technology
• Background in providing technical support for telephony and network infrastructures
• Knowledge of network protocols, quality of service (QoS), and VoIP security best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP (preferably focused on VoIP or collaboration) or equivalent experience are a plus
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
