This is a full-time, on-site VoIP Engineer position located in Dehradun. The VoIP Engineer will be responsible for deploying, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting VoIP systems and telephony services. Key responsibilities include maintaining network infrastructure to support high-quality voice communication, providing technical support to resolve issues efficiently, and identifying areas for improvement or optimization within the telephony network.

• Experience in Voice over IP (VoIP) and Telephony systems
• Proficiency in Networking, including maintaining network infrastructure and ensuring stable and high-quality communication
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues effectively
• Background in Technical Support, with a focus on telecommunication or IT systems
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with VoIP protocols such as SIP/SDP, RTP/RTCP, and QoS strategies is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
