Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop VoIP services for ONT/home gateway devices
Build and maintain new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in voice applications
Perform unit testing, functional testing, and support system validation
Debug and troubleshoot issues in multi-process and multi-threaded environments
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams for solution integration
Ensure high-quality voice performance, reliability, and QoS compliance
Maintain and support production systems and resolve technical issues
