About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive VoIP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing VoIP infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable communication services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable VoIP systems to support organizational needs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot VoIP network performance, call quality, and connectivity issues.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills along with ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Estimating the effort required to develop and implement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies & best practices in VoIP domain.
Skill Sets:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Telecommunications.
- 3+ years of experience in Voice / VoIP engineering with experience in real time systems.
- Solid knowledge of SIP, RTP, SDP and other VoIP & WebRTC protocols.
- Strong programming skills in either C or Golang is essential.
- Proven experience in planning and executing scalable, secure, and resilient voice infrastructure.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to resolving voice-related issues.
- Hands-on experience with both Enterprise and Open Source VoIP solutions.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, and QoS.
- Extensive experience working with Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with speech recognition technologies, real-time voice streaming, or Voice AI.
- Background in backend programming.
