Voice Talent — Indian English (AI Speech Training)
About The Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with hundreds of millions of Indian English speakers around the world We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists with authentic Indian English accents to participate in paid studio recording sessions for a leading AI speech research project.
This is a contract role for experienced voice talent based in India. Your recordings will help AI systems understand natural, human speech — making technology more inclusive and accurate for Indian English speakers everywhere.
Important: This project is AI-related but does not involve voice cloning.

- Session Length: 4 hours per session (2–3 sessions total)
What You'll Do
- Record natural, conversational Indian English speech in a professional studio environment
- Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings
- Deliver realistic, natural-sounding dialogue that feels unscripted and human
- Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery style
- Collaborate with a small team to produce high-quality, authentic speech data
Who You Are
- A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with hands-on recording experience
- A native or near-native Indian English speaker with a confident, authentic accent
- Comfortable performing natural conversation and dialogue — not just scripted reads
- Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction
- Fluent in English at a working communication level
- Currently based in India
Nice to Have
- Acting or performance background
- Experience in broadcast, podcasting, or prior professional studio recordings
- Comfort with both scripted and improvised dialogue styles
