Job Description:
Hiring for International Voice Support Executives for an MNC BPO!
If you have excellent English communication skills and are ready to work in international voice process, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Handle international customer calls (inbound/outbound).
Resolve queries and provide accurate information.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service.
Maintain call logs and meet performance metrics.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
6-12 months international voice experience preferred.
Freshers with excellent comms can apply.
Comfortable with rotational night shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
