About The Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks with millions of people around the world We're looking for Voice Recording Specialists to record natural speech samples that help train the next generation of AI speech systems — making them sound more human, more natural, and more accurate.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a clear speaking voice and access to a reasonably quiet space. No voice acting experience, audio engineering background, or AI knowledge required — just your voice and a willingness to show up.

What You'll Do
- Record clear, natural voice samples following provided scripts and conversation prompts
- Vary your tone, pacing, and delivery style as directed to capture a range of speech patterns
- Ensure recordings are clean and free of background noise
- Complete metadata forms describing each recording session
- Participate in both scripted reading sessions and natural conversational recordings
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Clear, natural speaking voice — no professional training required
- Access to a quiet recording environment at home or elsewhere
- A smartphone with a decent microphone or any basic recording setup
- Comfortable reading aloud and being recorded
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No voice acting, audio production, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in podcasting, broadcasting, teaching, customer service, or any role that involves regular speaking
- Access to a dedicated microphone or audio recording equipment
- Familiarity with basic audio recording apps or tools
- A distinctive accent, regional dialect, or bilingual speech pattern
