Job Description

The Executive will be responsible for handling inbound voice calls related to airline services. The role requires assisting customers with their travel-related queries while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, accuracy, and professionalism.

*Eligibility Criteria :

Education: Graduate OR HSC with minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Experience: Customer service / voice process experience preferred

Skills Required: Excellent English communication (verbal)

*5 days working with any 2 week off

Night shift included + one way transportation

Roles and responsibilities include :

1. Handle inbound voice calls related to airline customer support.

2. Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and ticket modifications.

3. Provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and airline rules.

4. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.

6. Update customer details and call information accurately in the system.

7. Follow company policies, quality standards, and call handling procedures.

8. Upsell airline add-on services when applicable.

9. Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.

10. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
