Role Overview:
Ashika Group is seeking a high-performing Voice Process Manager to lead and scale our share broking telesales operations in Kolkata. This role is responsible for managing a team of telecallers, driving revenue through active client acquisition and trading activation, ensuring seamless share trading operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering superior client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the telesales and trading support team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
- Drive revenue generation through outbound calls, client acquisition, trading activation, and cross-selling of financial products.
- Oversee client interactions related to share trading, capital markets, and investment services.
- Track sales funnels, conversion ratios, and revenue metrics through performance dashboards and MIS.
- Monitor call quality, productivity, and individual KPIs to ensure consistent performance.
- Conduct regular training on sales techniques, trading products, compliance, and objection handling.
- Ensure strict adherence to SEBI regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies.
- Handle escalated client and sales concerns with prompt and professional resolution.
- Work closely with business heads to align telesales strategies with revenue growth plans.
- Build incentive structures and motivation plans to improve team performance and retention.
