JD & Experience: Customer support/voice process /Tele calling / Presales 0-1years experience, preferred with Hindi, English, Telugu any one languages is must with English. Good verbal and oral communication skills ,presentation skills are must. Need computer literate with excel formulas . Must visit clients physically for customer support.
