Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Voice Process Customer Care Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Provide product and service information to customers to enhance their experience.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service or voice process role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi or any regional language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
