Job Description

Position Title: Voice Process Associates

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Contract (6 Months and can convert to permanent depending on performance)

Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • 03 years of relevant experience will be considered
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a night shift environment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound voice calls professionally
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers
  • Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently
  • Maintain quality and compliance standards

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred Qualification:

  • Prior experience in the Healthcare domain is a plus
