Location: Across Mumbai

Salary: 18,000 60,000 (Based on Experience & Process)

Shifts: UK / US / AUS (Rotational / Fixed Night Shift Available)

Job Role:

Handle inbound & outbound calls for international clients

Assist customers with queries related to healthcare services

Appointment scheduling, insurance verification & billing support

Maintain accurate records in CRM system

Ensure high-quality customer service & call handling standards

Eligibility Criteria:

HSC / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)

Excellent English Communication Skills

Experience in International Voice / Healthcare Process preferred

Comfortable with Night Shifts

Salary Structure:

Freshers: 18k 25k

Experienced (International / Healthcare): 30k 60k
