Role Summary (Full Time Technical role)

We are looking for a Voice Bot Operations Engineer to manage the stability and performance of our production voice AI systems. You will bridge the gap between telephony protocols (SIP) and backend applications (Node/Python) to ensure high-quality, uninterrupted client interactions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Telephony Management: Manage and monitor Voice Bot, Dialer, and Telephony platforms to ensure 24/7 availability.
  • Deep Troubleshooting: Analyze SIP logs, RTP flows, and WebRTC connectivity to resolve call failures and audio quality issues.
  • Application Debugging: Investigate and fix service-level failures within Node.js and FastAPI environments.
  • AI Pipeline Support: Monitor and optimize ASR/LLM workflows to ensure high accuracy in speech processing.
  • Data & Infrastructure: Extract and map data from Databases and AWS services (S3, CloudWatch) for performance reporting.
  • System Automation: Use Linux commands and scripting to automate monitoring and operational tasks.
  • Team Player: Proactively communicate technical updates and blockers to internal teams and stakeholders.

Technical Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record with voicebots, dialers, or telephony platforms(Asterisk/Freeswith).
  • Protocols: Strong understanding of SIP, WebRTC, and RTP call flows.
  • Backend Skills: Ability to debug Node.js and Python (FastAPI) failures.
  • Linux/Scripting: Intermediate proficiency in Linux OS and Bash/Python scripting.
  • Data Skills: Experience querying databases and navigating AWS environments.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on root-cause analysis.
  • Communication: Highly vocal and clear in internal and cross-functional discussions.
