We're looking for talented individuals to participate in a Multilingual Conversational AI Voice Recording Project, helping train and evaluate AI systems designed to deliver more natural, inclusive, and customer-friendly conversations.

Priority Languages — We Need More Native Speakers!

We are especially looking for candidates fluent in the following languages:

Odia

Maithili

Kashmiri

Dogri

Bodo

Konkani

We are also accepting applications for all other languages listed below.

Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Dogri, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Nepali, Odia, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Santali, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, and Indian English.

About the Project

Selected candidates will record client-provided scripts to support the development and evaluation of conversational AI systems, initially focusing on real-life customer support interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Record conversational scripts in your native or fluent language.
• Deliver clear, natural, and customer-friendly speech.
• Demonstrate appropriate tone, emotion, pronunciation, and pacing.
• Follow the client's recording instructions and technical requirements.
• Submit high-quality audio samples for quality review.
• Make corrections or re-record audio if requested.

Who Can Apply

• Native or fluent speakers of one or more of the required languages.
• Freelance voice artists, dubbing professionals, content creators, students, and language enthusiasts.
• Individuals with clear pronunciation and a natural conversational style.
• Candidates with access to a quiet recording environment and a suitable recording setup.

Prior voice-over or recording experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Project Details:

• Engagement: Freelance / Project-Based
• Recording Duration: Approximately 1–2.5 hours per selected artist, depending on the assignment
• Initial Screening: A 1–2 minute voice sample in the selected language
• Audio Format: WAV, 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz, mono channel, 16-bit or 24-bit
• Compensation: To be discussed with shortlisted and selected candidates

Your voice sample should demonstrate:

• Clear pronunciation and fluency
• Natural, conversational delivery
• A friendly and appropriate customer support tone
• Good audio quality with minimal background noise

All submissions will be reviewed based on voice quality, tone, pronunciation, naturalness, and technical compliance. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted regarding the next steps.
