Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and dynamic individual to join our International Voice Process team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will handle global customer interactions, resolve queries, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when required

Must possess good communication skill with neutral accent.

Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.

Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.

Comfortable with WFO-Work from office

Having excellent English communication

Ready to join immediately.

Graduates OR Under graduate with experience can apply
